WushaCan Account Deletion

WushaCan users can request permanent deletion of their WushaCan account and associated account data.

WushaCan is provided by Zentori Studios.

DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT FROM WUSHACAN

If you still have access to WushaCan:

1. Open WushaCan.
2. Open Settings.
3. Find the account or account deletion option.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Follow the confirmation instructions.

Your account deletion request will then be processed according to the instructions presented in the app.

REQUEST DELETION WITHOUT THE APP

If you no longer have WushaCan installed or cannot access your account through the app, you can initiate an account deletion request without reinstalling or opening WushaCan by contacting:

Please provide enough information for us to identify the WushaCan account you want deleted (such as the email address or sign-in provider used with your account).

For security and privacy reasons, Zentori Studios may need to verify that you are the owner of the account before processing a deletion request.

Do not send passwords, payment card information or other unnecessary sensitive information.

WHAT IS DELETED

When a WushaCan account is deleted, data associated with that account will be deleted where applicable. This may include:

• Firebase authentication account information associated with WushaCan
• Cloud-saved game progress
• Per-language progress
• Cloud progress backups
• Player profile information
• Player display name and avatar information
• Leaderboard and ranking data associated with the account where applicable
• Multiplayer account information
• Match history associated with the account where applicable
• Played-puzzle history stored in the cloud
• Other cloud game information directly associated with the account

DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE

Deleting a cloud account does not necessarily remove information stored locally on your device.

Uninstalling WushaCan alone does not necessarily delete your cloud account.

Local WushaCan information can be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling WushaCan, depending on your device and platform.

DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

• Legal obligations
• Security
• Fraud or abuse prevention
• Resolving disputes
• Transaction or purchase records that must be retained

Information retained for these purposes will only be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.

PURCHASES

Deleting your WushaCan account does not necessarily delete transaction records maintained independently by Google Play, Apple’s App Store or another payment platform.

Those records are controlled by the relevant platform provider and are subject to that provider’s policies.

Deletion Processing

Zentori Studios will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

If additional information is required to verify account ownership, we will contact you using the information supplied with your request.
