WordAtlas Privacy Policy
WordAtlas is a multilingual word puzzle game provided by Zentori Studios. This policy describes the data practices currently implemented in the WordAtlas app.
Data stored on your device
WordAtlas stores gameplay and settings locally on your device using local app storage. This can include your selected language, levels, coins, stars, power-ups, Daily Challenge state, streaks, found words, bonus-word progress, played grid hashes, Remove Ads ownership, profile name/avatar, multiplayer stats and app settings.
Firebase Authentication
WordAtlas uses Firebase Authentication for online features. The app may create an anonymous Firebase user for online features. If you choose to sign in, WordAtlas supports Google Sign-In and Apple Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. Firebase provides a user identifier that is used to associate your cloud progress and online profile data with your account.
Cloud progress and Firestore data
When Firebase is available, WordAtlas can store account-related game data in Cloud Firestore. This can include per-language progress, full progress backups, player profile name/avatar, leaderboard and ranking entries, played-grid history for no-repeat protection, multiplayer room state and multiplayer match/history data.
Multiplayer data
Multiplayer features use Firebase/Firestore to create rooms, sync match state, store player role/state data, record match progress and support rankings or history. Multiplayer data can include room codes, player names, avatar indices, Firebase user identifiers, scores, round state, puzzle identifiers and match outcomes.
Advertising and consent
WordAtlas uses Google AdMob for ads. AdMob and Google may process device, ad interaction and consent signals according to Google’s policies. WordAtlas uses Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) where required to request or manage ad consent choices for users in regions such as the EEA, UK and Switzerland.
Analytics
WordAtlas uses Firebase Analytics for gameplay events such as level starts, words found and event entry. These events help Zentori Studios understand app behavior and improve stability and gameplay. The current project does not include Firebase Crashlytics in the app dependencies.
Purchases
WordAtlas includes store and economy screens. Real-money purchases are being configured and are not described here as active production billing until Google Play Billing or Apple StoreKit purchase handling is connected.
Why data is used
Zentori Studios uses WordAtlas data to save and restore progress, sync signed-in accounts, support offline play, run multiplayer, maintain rankings, prevent repeated generated grids where possible, provide ads and rewarded ad flows, and improve the app experience.
Account deletion
You can request account deletion inside WordAtlas Settings. See the WordAtlas Account Deletion page for details about what is deleted and how to contact Zentori Studios if you cannot access the app.
