WushaCan Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of WushaCan, a multilingual word puzzle game provided by Zentori Studios (“Zentori Studios”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By downloading, accessing or using WushaCan, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use WushaCan.
1. WushaCan
WushaCan provides word puzzle gameplay and may include features such as:
- Solo word puzzles
- Daily challenges
- Multiplayer games
- Rankings and leaderboards
- Virtual coins
- Power-ups and hints
- Rewarded advertisements
- Optional in-app purchases
- Player profiles
- Cloud progress synchronization
Features may change, be added or removed as WushaCan develops.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use WushaCan under the laws applicable to you.
If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, WushaCan should only be used with the authorization of a parent or legal guardian where required.
3. Accounts
Some WushaCan features may use anonymous or registered accounts through Firebase Authentication.
You are responsible for activity associated with your account and for maintaining the security of any account credentials under your control.
You must not attempt to access another user’s account without authorization.
You should provide accurate information where information is requested.
4. Player Names and Content
WushaCan may allow users to select or enter a player or profile name. You must not use profile information that is:
- Abusive, threatening or hateful
- Sexually explicit
- Fraudulent or misleading
- Unlawful
- Infringing on another person’s rights
- Intended to impersonate another person
- Designed to interfere with or abuse WushaCan services
Zentori Studios may restrict or remove inappropriate profile information where reasonably necessary.
5. Multiplayer
Multiplayer features allow users to play WushaCan with other users. You agree not to:
- Cheat or manipulate match results
- Exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage
- Interfere with another player’s game
- Manipulate rankings or statistics
- Use automated systems or bots to play matches
- Abuse matchmaking, rooms or other multiplayer systems
- Attempt to access restricted administrative functionality
Zentori Studios may take reasonable action against accounts that abuse multiplayer functionality.
6. Virtual Items and Game Currency
WushaCan may contain virtual coins, power-ups, rewards, cosmetic items or other virtual game content. Virtual items:
- Exist only within WushaCan
- Have no cash value
- Are not legal currency
- Cannot be exchanged for real money through WushaCan
- Cannot be transferred or sold except where WushaCan expressly provides such functionality
Zentori Studios may adjust the game’s economy, rewards, prices and virtual-item balance where reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the game.
7. In-App Purchases
WushaCan may offer optional purchases such as virtual currency, bundles, power-ups, cosmetic content, additional features or advertising-removal options.
Purchases are processed by the platform through which you obtained WushaCan, such as Google Play or Apple’s App Store.
Purchases are subject to the payment, billing and refund terms of the applicable platform.
Zentori Studios does not directly process complete payment card information.
8. Advertising
WushaCan may display advertisements, including banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements.
Some advertisements may allow users to receive optional in-game rewards after completing an eligible advertising interaction.
Availability and value of advertising rewards may change.
Advertising is provided through third-party advertising services and may be subject to consent and privacy choices described in the WushaCan Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You must not:
- Reverse engineer WushaCan except where applicable law expressly permits it
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Attempt to obtain administrative privileges without authorization
- Modify or interfere with WushaCan servers or online services
- Exploit vulnerabilities or bugs for improper purposes
- Use bots, scripts or automation to manipulate gameplay, advertisements, rewards or rankings
- Fraudulently generate advertising interactions
- Manipulate purchases or payment systems
- Distribute malicious software through or in connection with WushaCan
- Use WushaCan for unlawful purposes
10. Intellectual Property
WushaCan, including its software, visual design, graphics, branding, game systems and original content, is owned by or licensed to Zentori Studios and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The WushaCan name, Zentori Studios name, logos and related branding may not be used without appropriate authorization.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of WushaCan or Zentori Studios intellectual property to users.
11. Words, Dictionaries and Puzzles
WushaCan contains word lists, dictionaries and generated or curated puzzles across supported languages.
Language can vary by region, dialect, spelling convention and usage.
Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain appropriate word lists and puzzle quality, Zentori Studios does not guarantee that every possible valid word will be accepted or that every accepted word will be universally recognized.
Word lists, puzzle-generation rules and classifications may be updated over time.
12. Service Availability
Zentori Studios aims to keep WushaCan available and functioning, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Online features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, internet connectivity, third-party services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Offline features may continue to operate where supported.
13. Updates
WushaCan may receive updates to improve functionality, security, compatibility, content or gameplay.
Certain features may require a current version of WushaCan.
14. Account Suspension or Termination
Zentori Studios may restrict, suspend or terminate access to online features where reasonably necessary because of:
- Serious or repeated violations of these Terms
- Cheating or manipulation
- Fraudulent activity
- Abuse of other users or services
- Security threats
- Legal requirements
Where appropriate and reasonably possible, proportionate action will be taken.
15. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their WushaCan account through WushaCan Settings or through:

Information about deletion and retention is provided in the WushaCan Privacy Policy.
16. Third-Party Services
WushaCan depends on third-party services for certain functionality, which may include Google Firebase, Google Play, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In and Apple services.
Use of those services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and policies.
17. Disclaimers
WushaCan is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Zentori Studios does not guarantee that WushaCan will always be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zentori Studios will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use WushaCan where such liability may legally be limited.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where limitation or exclusion would be unlawful.
19. Changes to WushaCan or These Terms
Zentori Studios may update WushaCan and these Terms as the game develops or where required for operational, security, legal or regulatory reasons.
The “Last updated” date will identify the latest revision.
Continued use of WushaCan following an applicable update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
20. Governing Requirements
Your use of WushaCan is also subject to applicable local laws and the terms of the platform through which WushaCan is distributed.
These Terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
